Lacey Turner's quirky North London home is a long way from Walford!

The EastEnders star, best known for playing Stacey Slater on the BBC One soap, delighted fans last year after giving a glimpse into her gorgeous abode she shares with husband Matt Kay and their two young children, Dusty and Trilby. Lacey, 35, has lived in the Herefordshire pad for at least eight years now, and has since personalized it to her own unique taste.

The talented actress has treated fans to glimpse of her home on multiple occasions in the past, revealing an artistic style and passion for upcycling that's unlikely to be found in Stacey's Albert Square busy Slater home.

Lacey's love for unique features is evident throughout her home, with even her daughter Dusty's nursery getting the VIP treatment. The busy mum proudly showed off the chalkboard wall in the toddler's pink playroom in a video tour of the home back in 2021, revealing she often has guests come over to draw 'little doodles' on the 'fun' canvas.

Over in the nursery, geometric shelving, a dream catcher above an elegant white crib and a soft pink chest of drawers monogrammed with Dusty's initials give the tot's sleeping quarters' a cool yet relaxing atmosphere. A tee-pee adorned by pink flowers and a shaggy grey rug can also be spotted in the dreamy nursery. Previously, the room had been used as Matt's 'man cave', and featured blue walls and a bar.

Lacey has gone for a notably louder aesthetic in her lounge, which boasts a statement brick wall and a £5 colourful upcycled sideboard. There's also a plush wrap around turquoise couch, a scattering of beanbags and a flat-screen TV for well-deserved movie nights.

Her kitchen, meanwhile, is sleek and pristine, featuring rows of shiny white cabinets and an uncluttered large island. Industrial lighting hangs delicately from the ceiling, adding to the modern feel of the bright and airy room. The kitchen is also the storage spot for Lacey's hoover, which she hails as "the most important thing in my house after Dusty."

Another prized possession of the soap star is her leopard print dining chair, which she hand painted and gold leafed as a passion project during lockdown. She's also in love with her wicker peacock chair, having snapped it up for £250 after a lengthy hunt to find an affordable version of the luxury seat.

Lacey is clearly a huge fan of patterns too, with floral wallpaper and mosaic prints hard to miss throughout her bohemian-style house. The TV actress has previously admitted that she enjoys doing "boring, granny things" at home when she's off work, such as artwork and spending time with her canine babies.

“I love my home and I like gardening, painting and walking my two dogs, Dexter, a chocolate Labrador, and Reggie, an eight-month old French bulldog," she said in 2015.

Lacey and husband Matt also spend a couple weeks every year in their Ibiza home, which they purchased in 2018 after falling in love with its Mediterranean charm. They've since added their own touches to the five-bedroom property, which includes a swimming pool, a rustic kitchen and an open-plan living area.
