EastEnders' Theo Hawthorne takes things up a level next week, as he continues to stalk Stacey Slater - leading to him trying to get rid of her closest friend Eve Unwin.

Amid a difficult week for Eve, she finds herself clashing with Theo after his questionable behaviour. Viewers know that Theo has grown obsessed with Stacey, after subscribing to her content on a webcam site. Stacey was uploading pictures of herself on SecretCam before one client became persistent.

After showing her face in one of the photos her identity was revealed, and one user, Theo, tracked her down. Stacey has no idea Theo is a subscriber, never mind the man demanding particular content and paying her loads of money for private sessions.

Stacey has become worried for her safety though, after realising the client knew stuff about her including where she lived, with them delivering flowers to her home. With things only set to get worse, it seems some of those closest to her may come close to learning the truth.

Next week, Theo continues to struggle with how close Stacey and Eve are, especially when Eve disrupts what he believes is a date. This time, Suki Panesar pulls Stacey away from her coffee drink with Theo as she's concerned about Eve - while other scenes will see Eve herself crash the 'date'.

Scenes surrounding Eve and newcomer Caz leads to Eve struggling to cope. The truth about her sister's death is exposed, and she heads to meet Caz - leaving Stacey panicked about what might happen.

Stacey takes a shaken Caz back to No.31 to try and diffuse the situation. Matters are only made worse when Suki and Eve get there and Caz gets spooked. Theo is also there, and he wastes no time in meddling in the situation.

Sensing an opportunity to get Eve off the scene, he encourages Caz to go to the police in the hope of getting Eve out of the picture for once and for all. It follows an incident between Eve and Caz, after Eve learns of her link to her sister's death.

Theo advises her to go to the station and report her, and it isn't long before Caz heads there despite Suki walking in on the conversation, and interrupting his plan. Will Eve face trouble and has Theo got his way?

She's clearly not happy about it as she's annoyed to see Theo return to the house to tutor Lily, knowing what he's done. The pair end up clashing as they have some cross words about his meddling behaviour with Caz. Later, Eve meets up with Martin and fills her in on Stacey's stalker hell - but will she suspect Theo?

EastEnders airs Mondays to Thursdays at 7:30pm on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.
