Ashley Olsen gives birth to first child with Louis Eisner after secret pregnancy

Ashley Olsen has become a mother for the first time after welcoming a baby boy with husband Louis Eisner, according to reports.

It's claimed the star of Full House gave birth a few months ago and managed to keep the news under wraps. Sources told TMZ the actress and her man welcomed the baby called Otto in New York.

The privacy follows in a similar way Ashley kept news of her marriage quiet when she married artist Louis last December. Sources told the publication Ashley is ecstatic over the family's newest addition.

The Mirror has contacted Ashley's representatives for comment.

The duo began dating in 2017 but are rarely seen in public together. The first time they attended a red carpet event together came in September last year as they supported the nonprofit company, Young Eisner Scholars, which had been set up by Louis' dad.

Louis also uploaded a rare snap of the duo to his social media last year showing the pair enjoying a hike together. Of their wedding, a source told Page Six at the time their party "went late with 50 people or so total". No further detail was provided as the usually secretive couple continue to keep their private life out of the public eye.

Ashley rose to fame in her childhood as she starred alongside twin sister Mary-Kate on hit US sitcom Full House. The '90s sitcom was a huge hit and the youngsters became recognisable across the globe.

Now, Ashley has stepped away from an acting career and is enjoying a role as a fashion designer.

Previously, Ashley and Mary-Kate had to face strange rumours that they were actually the same person. However, younger sis Elizabeth Olsen debunked that wild theory.

The WandaVision star was interviewed by Vanity Fair last year and was hooked up to a lie-detector test to be grilled on all manner of topics relating to her personal and professional life.

The interviewers asked: “[British comedian} John Oliver claims your sister, Mary-Kate and Ashley, are just one person moving incredibly fast. Is he correct?”

Elizabeth then answered: “No.”

The interviewer then pushed the star to prove her siblings were real, and she said: “They’re twins. My mom gave birth to both of them, C-section style. And there are lots of photos since forever that proves there’s two of them in these photographs And I think the photos would prove that. You know, when you capture a photo with babies in different places and stuff.”
