Corrie star Sally Dynevor gushes over daughter Phoebe's exciting career move
Coronation Street's Sally Dynevor couldn't resist gushing over her Bridgerton star daughter Phoebe Dynevor earlier this week as she shared some exciting career news. Taking to Instagram, the Sally Metcalfe star, 60, shared a poster of daughter Phoebe's, 28, upcoming Netflix film Fair Play, which also stars Oppenheimer actor Alden Ehrenreich.
Proving she is every inch the proud mum, Sally penned alongside the poster: "We can finally share this poster. Very excited for everyone to see this film. Written and directed by the wonderful #chloedomont very proud of @phoebedynevor #aldenenrenreich." Sally's ITV co-stars and followers were quick to react to the news. Jane Danson put a heart emoji while Brooke Vincent added two heart eyes.

Netflix teases about Fair Play, which is directed by Chloe Domont: "When a coveted promotion at a cutthroat financial firm arises, once supportive exchanges between lovers Emily (Phoebe Dynevor) and Luke (Alden Ehrenreich) begin to sour into something more sinister. It's been an exciting few weeks for Sally as last month her other daughter, Harriet Dynevor, followed in sister Phoebe's footsteps by joining Waterloo Road's new upcoming 13th series. The actress, 19, will be taking on the role of Libby Guthrie and will be following in the footsteps of her sister Phoebe, who appeared on the BBC series as Siobhan Mailey in 2009. Phoebe's career has since soared with the star gaining global fame for her role as Daphne Bridgerton in Netflix's hit series Bridgerton.
While the two sisters' mother, Sally, is best known for starring as Sally Metcalfe in Coronation Street, which she has played since 1986. Taking to Instagram, Sally announced the news and said she was "so proud" of her daughter, writing: "So proud of you @hattiedynevorr joining @waterlooroad playing Libby Guthrie. Such a fabulous cast and crew. @revolutiontalent_" with a heart emoji.
