Coronation Street spoiler pictures have seemingly confirmed an exit for Stephen Reid – as one of his victim's bodies is found.

New photos show Craig Tinker actor Colson Smith filming scenes at the canal when a roof box is found in the water. Viewers know that inside the roof box, Stephen has hidden his second victim Teddy's body. Teddy was murdered by Stephen – played by Todd Boyce – after he realised that his son Leo wasn't in Canada and something else much more dark had happened to him. Horrified that he could be exposed, Stephen killed Teddy with a hole-punch.

Tim seemingly is the one that had located the body, after he was seen using a pole to locate something in the canal. Is it him that has found the roof box and thus the body, and is he putting himself at risk of being killed.

The photos showed Tim searching the canal, but with his proximity to the scene, will he end up being framed for the murder as the body is located? Will Stephen manage to get away with his crimes ? Is the body really Teddy's or has something else been uncovered?

Tim has been adamant that he wants to bring down Stephen. The pair faced off with one another in a huge showdown after Tim's mum Elaine learned of the deceit he had been carrying out to try and claim life insurance against her.

In new photos, Craig looks worried as he stands over the box with DC Swain, as they're told of the human remains that have been located in the box. Could this be the end for Stephen? Will his crimes finally be revealed?

Whilst killer Stephen is nowhere to be seen, Gail (Helen Worth), Sally (Sally Dynevor) and Elaine (Paula Wilcox) are all seen standing by as they watch the scenes unfold. Horrified, they question whether it's their loved ones – but an even darker secret is set to be exposed.

Stephen actor Todd previously insisted he didn't know how he'd exit the show, but hopes it's in a "blaze of glory". He said: "I don’t see anyone else on the horizon in terms of who could be killed, we’re not that far ahead so they could surprise me at any time. I was trying to get the grandstands on telly, I want to be the one who's killed the most.

"But in a sense, I think he’s an accidental killer. When he first killed Leo, it was actually scripted to be more of a scuffle for the phone and then he went over. But I decided, 'Let's let Stephen have a little more to do with that.'"

Is this the end for Stephen Reid?

He added: "There’s no end in sight but I have a feeling he’ll get caught. I would like personally for him to go out in a blaze of glory, I don’t want him to disappear and go back. I want something finite because I think the audience is losing their minds."

However, before he leaves, could more deaths be on the horizon? "He's got a few people who are getting on his nerves or making him nervous because they could jeopardise his future. He's worked so hard and he's come this far. He doesn't want to have to have done all this in vain. He wants to have a nice life," he told The Mirror.
