The first batch of codes for the EA FC 24 closed beta has been released, with more expected to be sent out very soon.

The official release of EA FC 24 isn't until September 29, 2023, but ahead of the game's full release, EA Sports has once again invited a small selection of players to access the game weeks early as part of the game's closed beta. This allows EA to receive any feedback on its game and iron out any final creases before the worldwide release, but it also allows players to get hands-on with the game early, and as a bonus, builds up community excitement.

Like past FIFA closed beta releases, each code is different, with some players receiving access to every game mode, whilst some don't have access to modes like Ultimate Team and Clubs. But, if you haven't received a closed beta code yet, don't sweat it, there are more codes that will be sent out.

A post on the official EA Sports Forums has confirmed that EA FC 24 closed codes began to be sent out yesterday, with more to be released soon. The EA FC 24 closed beta period begins today at 6pm BST / 1pm EDT / 10am PDT, and will run end on Thursday, August 31.

Published on Wednesday, August 9, the post read: "Since 6pm BST / 10am PDT the Beta code distribution started. Make sure to check your mail inbox connected to your EA Account, to see if you have been selected for the Beta. The distribution will be running for a while, so make sure to check your inbox regularly."

There's no way to guarantee you'll receive one, but we've put together a handy guide that will give you the best chance of getting an EA FC 24 closed beta code if you follow the instructions. But, the first and most important step is to give EA consent to contact you via email, otherwise, it will not be able to send you a code. If you haven't already given EA consent or are not sure if you have, you can find this option in the 'Email Preferences' tab in your EA Account settings on EA.com.

The EA FC 24 closed beta is only available in English, meaning only players from the UK and North America can receive invites. Only invited players can access EA FC 24 early, and your code cannot be shared, so if you're offered a beta code, it's most likely a scam.
