A woman says she has no sympathy for her younger sister, whose decision to hold a joint stag and hen do with her husband-to-be ended in utter mayhem, leaving her needing to replace the majority of her wedding party. According to this 32-year-old woman, her 23-year-old sister had initially thought it would be a great idea to host a joint night out with her fiancé, but has unfortunately lived to regret it.

While many people may end up having regrets the morning after a stag or hen do, this particularly hair-raising occasion may well trump them all, resulting in not one but three breakups - including an impending divorce - and one arrest.

The raucous party, which revolved around the couple and their pals being ferried about to strip clubs in a hired bus limo, also ended up with four people dropping out of wedding party altogether. To make matters worse, the down-on-their-luck lovebirds have been handed a cleaning bill for the limo that is said to exceed the original rental fee.

Giving the "tamest example" of what went on that evening in a Reddit post, the older sister wrote: "My cousin is a talented singer. She is single and was supposed to sing a song during the ceremony. However, she hooked up with the maid of honour, whom nobody knew had that in her. Including her boyfriend. This happened on the bus. He got arrested for trying to break into the bus while this was going on and several people were cheering them on after locking him out."

She went on to elaborate that this particular group of friends has a somewhat entangled romantic history, with these old jealousies bubbling up over the course of the disastrous night. The bride-to-be has been left in floods of tears following the messy night out, but her sister can't help but think she and her partner invited disaster by hosting such a chaotic party in the first place.

She continued: "She was crying to our mum at dinner the other day and I snorted. I tried not to, I honestly did. I was trying my best to just keep my mouth shut. She asked me what was so funny. I said that I wasn't sure what she expected to happen getting a group of people drunk, using illicit substances, and getting horned up watching exotic dancers.

"She said that I was an a****** for judging her and her friends. I said I wasn't judging just that literally anyone could have seen that outcome. My mum told me to apologise because my sister is having to replace most of her wedding party on the fly. I did. But I still think I'm right."

Those in the comments section were somewhat divided. While some Reddit users agreed that the evening sounded a little too risky, others felt she was being a little harsh and judgemental of her younger sister.

One person commented: "The collateral damage from this party shows just how bad of an idea this was. Sure, many people/groups can go to strips clubs, drink, have fun and not end up arrested, divorcing, breaking up, and dropping out of the wedding, this group obviously was not able to do so, and I find it very difficult to believe this wasn't evident beforehand. Ostensibly they've all partied together before and knew what chaos could ensue. That you snorted at their naivete doesn't make you the a******."

Another agreed: "Something tells me this was always going to be the outcome. Sisters' friends seem like the kind of people who could derail a quiet afternoon tea."

Taking a different view, a third person said: "You wanted to state your opinion and you were judgmental and blamed her for these other s***** people. If anything you should've been more supportive and talked about how these people don't seem like good influences/people she should keep close to her."
