Fox's fans took to the comments of the post with over one million like flooding the photoshoot with adoring compliments and confessing that they fell for Fox's prank and checked her bio for surf lessons.

The Transformers star recently made headlines for a different post, as she fired back at "weirdos" for guilt-tripping her after posting a friend's GoFundMe page asking fans to donate $30,000. The actress took to social media to clarify why she asked her followers to help with the fundraiser refusing to be accused of "lacking generosity".
Fox explained that her pal Brittney Boyce set up the GoFundMe to support her father who was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. He was diagnosed earlier in July and his family wanted to raise money to pay for his medical bills. Megan posted the link and was soon met with backlash from the request - saying that she should donate the money herself since she's worth millions of dollars.
The model immediately stood up for herself revealing that Brittney was uncomfortable with her celebrity clients donating large sums of money due to their work relationship. Since her friend didn't want her to donate, Megan instead posted the GoFundMe page so her followers could donate small amounts to help the family reach their goal.
