The Festival kicks off with a world class day of racing on Tuesday, 1st August, with the Goodwood Cup showcasing some of the best stayers in the world. Then, on Wednesday, the £1 million Qatar Sussex Stakes takes centre stage.

Thursday is Ladies’ Day, with the Nassau Stakes for fillies and Mares one of the main races of the week. Blue Rose Cen is currently the 11/8 favourite for that one, with plenty of competition in a top quality field. Saturday, meanwhile, sees the high-speed King George Qatar Stakes before the renowned Stewards’ Cup handicap.
