A first-of-its-kind hearing took place in the US Congress today as lawmakers heard from expert witnesses about their experiences encountering UFOs.

Bombshell revelations included threats of violence and a massive alleged government cover-up.

Three expert witnesses shared their testimonies and answered questions from Representatives. They were Ryan Graves, a former US Navy F-18 pilot and Director of Americans for Safe Aerospace; David Grusch, former intelligence official and whistleblower who claimed the US government was involved in a huge cover-up; and David Fravor, former Commanding Officer in the United States Navy.

The three men arrived at the Capitol today, ready to share their experiences of seeing UAPs (unexplained aerial phenomena) first hand, as well as their views on the government's handling of information related to non-human craft and evidence collected over the years.

At a Subcommittee on National Security, the Border, and Foreign Affairs, Chairman Glenn Grothman, Representative for Wisconsin, stressed the lack of transparency surrounding UAPs has "fuelled wild speculation and debate for decades, eroding public trust in the very institutions that are meant to protect and serve them".

He said the demand for "government transparency and accountability" cannot "be overlooked" and it's a "problem that has been around for 50 years".

Representative Grothman continued: "Transparency is the cornerstone of our republic, and it is incumbent upon Congress and the administration to provide clear answers to the American people.
