David Fravor, an ex-Navy commander, told Congress today that 15 years ago, he saw and filmed a 'space object' that shook him to his core when he saw it jump locations faster than the 'laws of physics' normally allow.

"It was going from like 50,000 feet to 100 feet in like seconds, which is not possible," said Fravor, who has long maintained his silence on the grounds that he did not want his name “attached to the ‘little green men’ crazies that are out there.”

But this year, he's broken his silence to go on the record with his account. Speaking to the New York Magazine,Mr Underwood said: “The thing that stood out to me the most was how erratic it was behaving."

"And what I mean by erratic is that its changes in altitude, air speed, and aspect were just unlike things that I’ve ever encountered before flying against other air targets."

“It was just behaving in ways that aren’t physically normal. That’s what caught my eye. Because, aircraft, whether they’re manned or unmanned, still have to obey the laws of physics.

"They have to have some source of lift, some source of propulsion. The tic tac was not doing that.” And he added: “You’re up there flying, like, ‘Okay. It’s not behaving in a manner that’s predictable or is normal by how flying objects physically move.'"

Meanwhile expert David Grusch described the pushback he says he faced for discussing UFO's admitting that he has feared for his life at times.

"It was very brutal", he admitted, adding he was "administratively attacked” for his perspective on UAPs - and claiming others had been as well.

He called it “administrative terrorism” and ”a tool in their toolbox to silence people”.

Asked by a lawmaker if had knowledge of people being harmed or injured in efforts to cover up UAP technology, he said: "Yes, personally".

The object he's describing was originally called the 'tic tac' UFO, due to its white color and round-ish shape. It was captured on video in 2004 when the navy began a series of missions to trace unidentified flying objects that had been showing up on the radar off of America’s west coast in November.

On 14 November of that year, Commander David Fravor was flying a mission off the USS Nimitz when he saw the same object. “Dave Fravor was like, ‘Hey, dude. BOLO,’ like, be on the lookout for just something weird,” Underwood said in an interview.. “So, we go out to where our designated training area is. We’re not necessarily looking for something, but the Princeton had a specific object that they wanted us to hunt, for lack of a better word. And all of a sudden, I got this blip on my radar.”

The former military man has been brought in to testify before the House Oversight Committee's national security subcommittee today to share his experiences with unidentified flying objects, along with two other whistleblowers.
