TV presenter Saira Khan has wowed fans after stripping down to her bikini and showing off her "real body" on social media.

The former Loose Women star shared her bikini snaps with her 103k Instagram followers whilst highlighting how she handles her "menopause bloat".

The star shared a before and after picture of herself as she went into detail about how the menopause has affected her, as she highlighted "feeling stressed" and "tired" as well as describing her bloating as "exhausting".

Alongside a post detailing her experience with menopause bloat, Saira looked carefree and happy as she posed in a tiny green string bikini showing off her tonec looking stomach.

The TV star wrote on her Instagram: "The menopause bloat!! How painful, confidence knocking and exhausting is this condition.

"Many of you who follow me regularly will know I’m active on a daily basis - exercise is not a problem for me. I do also eat well - but eating well consistently is not my strength."

She continued: "This picture shows my bloat before I went away to @juicemasterretreats a week ago. I was feeling stressed, tired, eating the wrong foods and over indulged in refined sugar - my clothes felt tight and I really didn’t feel great about myself.

"What I have learnt about my menopausal body is that it responds well to
Consistently good nutrition- this is me In just 7 days @juicemasterretreats the picture on the right shows the evidence."

She then added that she knows a retreat isn't available to everyone but she wanted to share some tips as she wrote: "Not everyone can go to a retreat - but here are all the things I have learnt from the retreat that we can all do to manage the bloat and which I am going to try my hardest to continue at home - it’s not easy as a working mum with a family - but if I want to look and feel good then I need to make the effort for my overall health."

She then revealed some of her top tips including sleeping at least eight hours at night, drinking water and enjoying being active.

She concluded: "The menopause affects us all in different ways - we can’t keep blaming it - we have to manage the symptoms and change our lifestyle accordingly. I’m going to try my hardest not to slip back into my bad habits."

Fans of the star dived into the comments section to praise the TV star for her honesty and praise her figure as showed off what they called a "real body".

One fan wrote: "Congratulations Saira. Respect."

Another wrote: "You look amazing. Thanks for the info needed. I need to hear this today."

"This is amazing great advice. Your looking absolutely amazing," said a third.
