Khloe Kardashian left viewers concerned after they spotted a strange detail in her neck during a recent episode of The Kardashians.

During the clip in question, the 39 year old was seen applying mascara as she sat in a backstage glam room while organising a surprise birthday party for her sister Kim's 42nd birthday party with her friend Steph, who was on FaceTime.

As the duo spoke in-depth about their plans for the SKIMS entrepreneur's surprise trip to Las Vegas, viewers of the series took to social media to point out something peculiar on Khloe's neck.

In a post shared to Reddit, one fan shared a few screenshots of Khloe during the moment, where a deep crease could be seen down her neck.

"What's the line on her neck???" one commenter wrote, while another echoed: "What's the line on her neck??? lmao."

A few people tried to put it down to plastic surgery, with one person writing: "She looks so plastic! It's so sad. I always thought she'd be the sister that would hang on and not mess with her face but I was so wrong."

However, another simply noted that the line on her neck could be due to her recent weight loss.

"When your body fat gets low sometimes it makes your neck look funny :/ especially if you had more fat to begin with in my experience. It's possible she had a procedure too, but wouldn't be surprised if it's from extreme weight loss..." they commented.

This comes after Khloe discussed her 60lb weight loss and changing public image since she first soared to the spotlight on Keeping Up With The Kardashians in 2007.

Heartbreakingly, Khloe said during the last episode of The Kardashians that she had the "most confidence as a chubby" kid but was "torn apart" after entering the world of reality TV.

Khloe also added that she looked like she was "wearing a fat suit" before her weight loss.

In a confessional, she added: "I've been torn apart the minute that I've gone on TV. I didn't look like my sisters, so therefore, it's not good enough.

"And then when I started, whatever, changing my look, you get better makeup, you do fillers, you do whatever, I had a nose job, and there's still people constantly bullying you."

The 39-year-old went on a diet after giving birth to her daughter True and lost around 60lb (4.2 stone), with the Kardashians star looking completely different after her transformation.
