Sofia Vergara in tears as mums united by baby’s heart transplant wow AGT judges
Sofia Vergara had to wipe away a tear as she watched an emotional America's Got Talent performance that blew away the judges and audience.
Before the amazing rendition of For Good from Wicked by two women, the hopefuls opened up on how they ended up meeting. Holly, who is from New York, explained how her life changed dramatically after her son died in 2007.
Jake, who was an organ donor, was then able to provide a new heart for Kim's son Beckham who lives in Oregon.
Simon Cowell labelled the story "incredible" before Kim revealed her son was just 16 days old when he had the transplant.

The confession left Sofia gobsmacked and Holly went on to explain how "one of the best moments" in her life came years after the transplant operation when she met Kim and gave her a hug.
Kim told the audience before the pair's performance: "We would love to spread the word about organ donation. If we could change the heart of one person, it’s worth it."
Howie praised the hopefuls (@AGT/youtube)The duo went on to performing in matching green and blue outfits and held hands as they sang the emotional version of the song. They finished by looking each other in the eyes for the final verse and we met with a standing ovation from the crowd and judges alike for their efforts.
Judge Howie Mandel gushed: "Here's what I have to say, honestly. I have never responded well to musical theatre. They over-dramatise singing, so this is the first time in my life that I've felt a connection to this kind of music. That was probably the most magical moment I have ever experienced on America's Got Talent."
His words were met with approval by fellow judge Sofia who admitted it will be a performance everyone will remember for a long time.
And Heidi Klum added: "I'm just lost for words," before son Beckham entered the stage to applause to join his mum and the mother of his donor.
