Lisa Snowdon showed off her amazing abs as she plunged into freezing temperatures, sporting a black bikini and a big pair of gloves.
The model, 51, looked sensational as she entered the cryotherapy chamber, which is said to reduce anxiety and offer pain relief.
Lisa has spoken openly about the benefits of investing in her health and was seen lying down in a pod with a mask on her face having Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy before later moving on to Red Light Therapy, which treats wrinkles and redness.
Captioning the Instagram snap, in which she looked phenomenal in the black two-piece with a matching hat, she said: "When in Essex @besuperhumanbuckhursthill is my go to place to optimise my health.

Lisa recently revealed she had embraced her age and was at peace about not having children having entered early menopause.
The much-loved TV presenter, who has been engaged to fiancé George since 2016, previously revealed she went through early menopause when she was just 44-years-old and, as a result, will no longer be able to have biological children with her partner.
Although Lisa was once heartbroken about her future without children of her own, she has now accepted it wasn't meant to be as she looks forward to all the other wonderful things in her life.
A big believer in 'everything happens for a reason', the This Morning presenter reckons everything in her life right now is the way it was always meant to be.

Lisa also enjoyed some red light therapySpeaking to Prima magazine, she said: "I'm at peace now with not having children. I feel like everything is as it is meant to be.
"When George and I got back together, I said, 'You know, if we want to have kids, we probably need to get on with that' and he replied 'Why don't you and I just go on adventures together?' It immediately took the pressure off."
Lisa and George got engaged in 2016 having dated for five years before the groom-to-be got down on one knee to ask the model the all-important question.
The happy couple are now looking forward to their wedding day, after they were forced to cancel their plans amid the pandemic.
Of course, Lisa has had her choice of men over the years, including Hollywood actor George Clooney.
