Beauty fanatics rave about 'best tinted brow gel' that 'exceeded expectations'
Beauty fanatics are swearing that they've found the 'absolute best tinted brow gel' and it doubles up as a serum to thicken brows over time. GRANDE is known for its lash serum but they also have a brow serum that beauty fans can't get enough of.
