Strictly's James Jordan posts 'cheeky' snap of wife Ola as she shows off weight loss

Former Strictly Come Dancing professional James Jordan has shared a 'cheeky' snap of wife Ola Jordan, who looks sensational following 3.5 stone weight loss.

The former Strictly dancer lost the weight after she and husband James created their own exercise and weight loss plan that saw them both transform their appearances.

As the pair head off on a holiday with their three-year-old daughter Ella, the results of their weight loss can clearly be seen with Ola looking toned and slim in an orange bikini.

Husband James is clearly a fan of his wife's look as he shared a snap of her getting ready to his Instagram stories, which he captioned: "Good morning cheeky."

It isn't just Ola who looks stunning since embracing a healthier lifestyle, as James too has shed the pounds to change his "dad bod".

The pair were moved to lose weight after seeing a picture of themselves around the pool last year as Ola explained they were no longer in "our best Strictly shape".

Now the couple, who collectively have lost 6.5 stone, have transformed their bodies with a healthy diet and daily exercise using their dancing skills.

Speaking about their programme Dance Shred, James told his Instagram followers last year: "Going, going, gone! Now no one can say I’m pregnant! Must say I’m very happy to lose the overhang and - TMI alert - the hairs that used to get caught in my belt (painful)," he posted.

"But although I joke about it, I do think I was quite down before I started on my fitness journey. I’d been through a few rough years with my dad as you know and food was definitively a comfort.

"So I am a little bit proud that together with Ola we’ve managed to get into a much happier and healthier mindset - and lose over 6 1/2 Stone between us. So bye bye belly - and thank you Dance Shred."

Ola also opened up on Loose Women last year as she discussed her body changing since quitting Strictly Come Dancing: "Obviously, I had an amazing body when I was on Strictly. Everyone used to look up to me.

"So, coming to the realisation that it’s not the same and it’s not going to be the same anymore, it’s really hard."

James, who appeared alongside his wife, added: “We’re not training ten hours a day like we used to. It’s not rocket science, is it? It’s what you eat and if you’re not exercising you’re going to put on weight.

"I always said to Ola, I used to find it very easy because I was training so much all the time, I could eat whatever I wanted.

"And I always said, ‘I don’t understand why people put on weight’ and then I have put on three stone since I stopped Strictly, which is quite a lot."

The pair, who have been married since 2003, both competed on Strictly Come Dancing as dance professionals. James Jordan left in 2014, with Ola quitting a year later in 2015.
