Madonna's son David Banda was spotted at her New York City home following her hospitalisation.
The Queen of Pop was forced to postpone her tour when she was hospitalised due to a serious bacterial infection.
She was rushed to hospital and hooked up to a ventilator and intubated so a breathing tube was passed down her throat and into her lungs.
The Like A Virgin singer, 64, is now reportedly recovering at home.

Madonna's manager Guy arrived at the same time. He was the one to announce her hospitalisation to her fans.
Guy, who has been her manager since 2005, shared the news on Instagram.
"On Saturday, June 24, Madonna developed a serious bacterial infection which lead to a several-day stay in the ICU," Oseary wrote in a statement.
"Her health is improving, however, she is still under medical care. A full recovery is expected. At this time we will need to pause all commitments, which includes the tour."
Her family were said to be struggling after the "frightening and scary experience" of finding her unconscious and unresponsive.
Her worried family kept her failing health a secret from fans for five days.
"For the past couple of days, no one really knew which direction this was going to turn, and her family was preparing for the worst," the relative said to the Daily Mail.
"That is why it was kept a secret since Saturday... Everyone believed that we may lose her and that has been the reality of the situation."
