Samsung is giving away Galaxy Z Flip phones to all TV owners

There might be no such thing as a free lunch, but there is such a thing as a free phone! Yes, Samsung is giving away its Galaxy Z Flip4 smartphone (worth £999) for free when you add one of its Smart TVs to your basket.

This incredible giveaway is a great way to upgrade two of the most popular gadgets.

As you might with such a generous freebie, the Galaxy Z Flip4 is only available on select models in the Neo QLED TV range. Neo QLED packs some of the best viewing experiences available from Samsung, with bright displays with vibrant colours that look great day and night.

Samsung’s Neo QLED range offers ultra-detailed pictures, thanks to its support for 8K resolutions – that’s the highest quality viewings around, with four times as many pixels compared to standard 4K Ultra HD.

If you’ve got your eyes on the free Galaxy Z Flip4, then Samsung’s QN00C or QN900C are the models to go for.

The Galaxy Z Flip 4 was released in August last year, alongside the Galaxy Z Fold 4, both of which are considered to be top foldable handsets and rivals to Google's Pixel Fold and Motorola's new Razr 40 Ultra. The 128GB device is usually priced at £999 but Samsung has taken its deal a step further by offering the high-end £1,019 Enterprise Edition of the model.

The enterprise edition is designed as the next ‘flippable' office phone and includes the trademark flip-style hinge and foldable glass, but arrives in a sleek charcoal colourway. This foldable also supports speedy 5G connections, the latest Qualcomm processor, and security features fit for the office thanks to Samsung’s built-in Knox functionality.

It's not the only freebie on offer either, those who opt for the 65-inch QN700C Neo QLED 8K will walk away with a free Galaxy Tab S8, the largest Tab S model from the brand as we speak.

Samsung is keen to push its cutting-edge 8K TVs, despite the lack of native 8K content from TV and film studios. However, the built-in AI is designed to take advantage of the extra pixels by upscaling your existing 4K content, so your favourite boxsets, movies, and games look better than they would on a standard 4K Ultra HD telly.

Samsung is widely-tipped to launch a new version of its Galaxy Z Flip phones in the coming months. But you can expect to a long wait before that model is available as a free giveaway…
