Jeremy Clarkson is helping a charity by flogging a luxury car which previously appeared on The Grand Tour.

However, it appears that Jeremy may have annoyed his girlfriend Lisa Hogan who joked that she had been keeping her eyes on the car but was happy to part with it for a good cause.

The 63-year-old made the decision to part ways with the one-of-a-king Mitsuoka Le-Syde roadster in partnership with The Mix.

Viewers will have seen the car recently appear in The Grand Tour: Eurocrash, which saw it undergo a huge renovation at the hands of Jeremy's co-star, James May.

In the serious, James pulled the ultimate prank and fitted twin chandeliers on the front exterior of the vehicle.

It also features a Claymation print across the interior of the trendy classic car.

Reflecting on the prank pulled off by James, Jeremy said: "If you're driving on roads and staying in hotels, as we did here, that means you get to the hotel in time for a drink.

"And then obviously, after a couple of drinks, ideas come to mind and so, James' car ends up inside the restaurant, as a result of the drink."

However, this is the first time that a car used on the Amazon Prime series has been made available for sale.

Now, the luxury motor is available to win in a raffle costing just £5 – with tickets available to purchase online or at Jeremy's Diddly Squat Farm Shop, where the car is currently on display for all to see.

The competition which launched today ends on July 16, meaning those who are hoping to walk away with the lavish car can see it in all its glory for a month.

"This car has never raced or rallied, but it has been shot at by Hungarian Archers," said Jeremy.

Meanwhile, his girlfriend Lisa added: "I really wanted this car, but Jeremy wouldn't let me have it on the farm.

"Knowing The Mix will be supported is a very good alternative. Good luck all!"

Chair of Trustees at The Mix, Andrew Harrison added: "We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Jeremy Clarkson for his incredible generosity in donating his one-of-a-kind Mitsuoka Le-Seyde to The Mix's Grand Draw.
