A one-bedroom bungalow that has gone on the market for a whopping £220,000 has been mocked for looking more like a garden shed.
The tiny property is just 24 sq m (259 sq ft) - a quarter of the size of a six-yard box on a football pitch.
It features an open-plan kitchen and lounge, with a toilet and a bedroom.
The property listing boasts it has been recently built with a "high standard of finish throughout", including a "walk-in shower" in the bathroom and an "induction hob" in the kitchen.
Home hunters were quick to poke fun at the price of the wood-clad property in St Andrews, northeast of Edinburgh, Scotland.
