Jack Grealish's girlfriend has shared an emotional tribute to the Manchester City star after his historic achievement on the pitch.
The England international, 27, was left with tears in his eyes after his club completed the treble on Saturday night - winning the Premier League, FA Cup and Champions League.
The club lifted the Champions League trophy for the first time in the club's history as they beat Inter Milan in Istanbul in this year's Champions League final on Saturday night.
Jack had the support of his girlfriend Sasha Attwood as he completed the historic win, with the model sharing a rare public message for a beau hours before the match kicked off in Turkey.
The couple have dated each other on-off since their school days, with Sasha posting a gushing tribute after the match.

Earlier this evening, Sasha took to her Instagram Stories to share a snap of herself and Jack on the pitch moments after Man City's win on Saturday night.

While Sasha also sent a sweet message to her childhood sweetheart and the rest of his teammates ahead of the big game.
After reposting a snap of her boyfriend in his blue Man City kit to her 176,000 followers, Sasha then shared another post from the football club's official account and added her own message.
"Come on @mancity [blue loveheart emojis]," the model penned ahead of Jack's huge game.
The childhood sweethearts first met at St Peter's Roman Catholic Secondary School in Solihull and began dating at the age of 15.
But the pair haven't had an easy ride over the years - with the Manchester City player even incorrectly rumoured to have dated Emily Atack and Amber Rose Gill behind the model's back over recent years.
Sasha usually ignores about the speculation surrounding her love life, but boyfriend Jack broke his silence about the constant rumours in December 2021.
The fan favourite told fans not to "believe everything you read", after speculation mounted he'd been dating other women.

Whilst Sasha, who works as an influencer and model, has previously discussed the intense death threats she can receive due to dating one of the world's most fancied footballers on her YouTube channel.
She said: "Things have obviously blown up over the Euros, but I never thought in a million years it would ever be this bad.
"It just kind of blows my mind how nasty people can be for no reason whatsoever."
Sasha has shared sweet pictures of her and Jack together in recent months, including one of them posing on the pitch after Manchester City won the Premier League last month.
