X Factor boyband star slams former bandmates in scathing attack on social media
A former X Factor favourite has hit out at his former bandmates in a scathing attack on social media.
Jaymi Hensley slammed his former Union J bandmates after the 33-year-old quit the band in April following their reunion in 2022.
He rose to fame as part of Union J on the 2011 series of the ITV reality music competition alongside JJ Hamblett and Josh Cuthbert, initially as Triple J, before George Shelley was added to the band and reached the live shows.
They eventually finished fourth behind winner James Arthur, but due to their popularity on social media, they had success with four Top 10 singles by 2014.

But the tour was cancelled in March and Jaymi, who was one of the originals throughout the band's tenure, left in April via Twitter.
There were hints of a feud between the bandmates as the reason for his departure, which he exacerbated with Instagram Stories post on Saturday.
He wrote: "Interesting - after leaving, I left with dignity and silence not to air the reasons for my departure!

Jaymi announced on his Instagram and Twitter accounts in April that he could no longer watch Union J's legacy "decay" any more and had decided to step away.
In a statement, he said: "To all the Union J fans, it is with the heaviest of hearts that I have to say I am no longer continuing on my journey as a member of Union J.
"Since day one, our family of fans has brought me love, light and support and has been the main reason for me being such a driving force within the band.

Jaymi continued: "I hoped and dreamed of all possibilities afterwards, but this has not happened for several reasons, and therefore, out of love & respect to the family of fans and my integrity as an artist, I cannot sit and watch the legacy that I have tried to sustain for a decade decay any further.
"I will continue to carry artistry, integrity and creativity as my driving force, but now is the time to focus the energy I have consistently put into Union J into myself and create art and music for us all to enjoy together.
