Does Street Fighter 6 have Crossplay?
It does! Yes. You'll be able to play Street Fighter 6 with your pals no matter the platform, be it Xbox, PC, PlayStation or any platforms Capcom decides to port the game to in the future. How to play Crossplay in Street Fighter 6
Playing Crossplay in Street Fighter 6 is a bit different based on which mode you play. You'll know you're playing Crossplay if you look at the logo next to the other players name. If it's someone on the same platform as you you'll see the PlayStation / Xbox / PC logo. But, if it is a Crossplay match you'll see a circular icon with some arrows in it.
Why Star Wars Jedi: Survivor's six week delay is a good thingFor Ranked and Casual Match modes you'll have the option to enable or disable Crossplay when queuing for a match in either mode. Meanwhile, for Battle Hub, when you select a server you'll see 'Crossplay Lobby' at the top of the list with a Right Stick / R3 button prompt, which you can set to 'Platform-Specific Lobby' if you only want to play against fighters on your platform.
And that's everything you need to know to get started with Crossplay in Street Fighter 6. There doesn't seem to be any downside to playing against players on other platforms, and the Crossplay Lobbies seem more populated so it won't hurt to play with Crossplay enabled.
