EastEnders' Kim Fox in horror collapse as she struggles with mental health
Kim Fox will suffer a horror collapse next week on EastEnders as she struggles with her mental health.
The character – played by Tameka Empson – was driving a car when it crashed into a building, leaving Denzel's life in the balance. Whilst Denzel was alright, Kim has felt more and more guilty about it and is struggling following the accident.
Things get worse for her next week when she's approached by one of her social media followers, who asks her to film a birthday video for her daughter. Kim tries to put on a positive face but she is struggling and rushes out of the room, clearly overwhelmed.
Kim is approached by a fan (BBC/Jack Barnes/Kieron McCarron)She collapses outside the salon, with a concerned Sonia finding her. She goes to call the ambulance to get Kim straight to hospital but she comes around and tells her not to get the doctors involved and that she's fine.
As Sonia advises Kim to go to accident and emergency to see if they can work out what's causing the symptoms, Kim mulls it over – but will she listen and get checked out, or will she ignore the advice she's been given?

Kim's collapse comes after the car crash, which was caused when Kim accidentally took Denise's phone and learned of Ravi's affair as text messages from Ravi were popping up while she drove through Walford with her stepson in the car.

I love that woman, she is like a sister to me in real life. In the show Denise is the straight one and Kim is all over the place, but in real life we give each other advice and I might be the grown-up one – I know that’s hard to believe!”
She also opened up about working alongside Natalie Cassidy, who plays Sonia.
"Natalie Cassidy is extremely astute and one of the most sensible people. She doesn’t miss a thing about details and continuity in a scene, she is a stellar actor. She and I both went to the same theatre school when we were kids, Anna Scher. Nat grew up in the business and learnt from legends like Wendy Richard and now she’s a legend herself. A young legend!," she added.
