Urgent search for missing girl, 13, on Cineworld trip over after she is found

A missing 13-year-old girl has been found safe and well and returned to her family after going missing from a cinema.

Annabelle had been at Cineworld in Gloucester Quays this evening (May 19) with relatives when she left and officers became concerned for her welfare.

Police said CCTV enquiries appeared to show the schoolgirl running out of the cinema alone at 5.18pm in a beige jacket.

She was also wearing a school uniform, which is a blue shirt, grey/black skirt and tights.

Annabelle is from Monmouth and did not know the area.

However, just before 11pm, police said she had been found.

Gloucestershire Police said the force had been called following a sighting near a supermarket in Gloucester, and Annabelle is now back with her family and is safe and well.
