Strictly's Aljaž cries every day of wife Janette Manrara's 'miracle' pregnancy
Strictly Come Dancing's Aljaž Škorjanec has admitted he "cries everyday" amid his wife Janette Manrara 's "miracle" pregnancy.
The dad-to-be, 33, revealed he has been ready to become a father since he was 20, but felt it was "completely down to Janette's timing".
The Strictly Come Dancing stars, who married in 2017, announced their baby news in February after they had been trying to conceive for more than two years.
Janette had feared her dream of becoming a mum seemed even more unlikely as approached her 40th birthday and so consulted for IVF treatment.
Yet, they made the shock discovery she was already pregnant.
Strictly's Molly Rainford and Tyler West fuel romance rumours while on tour“It’s hard mentally, it’s hard physically. It’s a big test. The struggles some people go through to fall pregnant – I’m just amazed by women,“ Aljaž told OK! magazine.
“I’ve found a complete new respect for my beautiful little Janette, who I love more than anything. It’s a little miracle how we got here.”
He added: “I’m pregnant with her – I cry pretty much every single day! I just watched a couple of videos from Britain’s Got Talent and I was sobbing.”
The expectant couple have recently moved into a new home in Cheshire and enjoyed a babymoon to Aljaž's native of Slovenia.
They know the gender of their baby but have decided to keep it under wraps for now.
Aljaž recently paid a moving tribute to Len Goodman, following his death last month aged 78.
Strictly Come Dancing legend Len 's death from bone cancer was announced on Monday (April 24).
Aljaž says they spoke earlier that month, before Len was admitted to a hospice in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.
Posting on Instagram, he wrote: “We both loved our ballroom dancing more than most. One of the people I respected and feared most in the @bbcstrictly ballroom, but then we became such amazing friends, always laughing and cracking jokes.
“We only spoke a couple of weeks ago, and I wish we could’ve cracked one last joke together. And like your last message to me, Len, you were always my favourite too.“
Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman 'sign deal' to host Strictly for two more yearsPro dancer turned It Takes Two host Janette ,said Len was “one of the nicest, funniest, and kindest people I ever had the absolute pleasure of working with and calling a friend“.
