Netflix will be disappointing viewers as they prepare to pull a number of popular films and shows in a major shake-up.

The streaming platform is known to remove beloved programmes after a limited time, leaving fans unable to finish their shows.

On May 1, a list of a few movies and shows will disappear from subscribers' apps.

iZombie fans will be upset to hear that the supernatural crime drama will no longer be available to watch next month.

The popular series, which stars Rose McIver and Rahul Kohli, ran between 2015 and 2019.

Here are the most popular titles vanishing from the platform...

iZombie

iZombie follows the adventures of doctor-turned-zombie Olivia Moore, who turned into the undead while attending a boat party.

Instead of killing innocent people to feed, Liv decides to drop her life and get a job at a morgue where she eats the brains of the corpses she autopsies.

Of course, there's a little twist.

Every time she eats a dead person's brain, she temporarily absorbs some of their personality traits and skills.

She also experiences flashbacks of that person's life.

Liv uses her newfound skill to solve cases involving murder victims.

The original movie was based on Philip K. Dick's 1968 novel Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?

Although it was released to critical acclaim and was considered one of the best films of 2017, it was a box-office bomb.

It was nominated for and won several accolades.
