With Easter now just around the corner, there’s still time to get to the shops - before some change their opening hours for the long weekend.

One item we’re desperate to get our hands on is the adorable M&S Easter Chick Meets Colin the Caterpillar!

Currently priced at £8 on Ocado, the must-have centrepiece has had a cute little makeover - and just in time for celebrations this weekend!

These two, half sized Colin and adorable Chick cakes are made with the iconic chocolate sponge roll, filled with Colin’s signature chocolate buttercream, covered in milk chocolate and topped with a cracked egg decoration.

The perfect celebration cake this Easter, don’t you think?

Once shoppers saw the image of this delightful sweet treat on the M&S Instagram accounts, they were quick to tag friends and alert them of the news.

One person said: “I just want all the Easter treats”, with her friend replying “love these”.

Quite a few were quick to add “yummm” and “need” - but more so requesting a gluten free or vegan version!

How good would that be? M&S if you're reading this... Please make it happen!

Naturally this isn’t the only Easter treat that M&S has on offer this year - but a plethora of goodies!

From giant choc faces and extremely moorish Easter themed sweets - which we’ve heard are guaranteed to get your taste buds hoppin’!

Of course we’ve had a look at what’s on offer this Easter from Ocado and picked out some of our faves - but you can also visit your local M&S store (using the locator here), to see what other bits and bobs you can pick up on your next shop!

These are sadly limited edition items - so hop to it, and get your hands on them whilst you still can!

How are you celebrating the long weekend? Are you seeing multiple friends and family? Or will you spend it in the pub? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
