Microsoft has confirmed the fresh batch of games that will be added to Xbox Game Pass in April 2023.
Loop Hero, an RPG which takes place in a randomly generated world and is based around mystical cards, is available to download right now with Xbox Game Pass. The title was previously only available for PC and Nintendo Switch but now players on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S can now download loop Hero via Microsoft's popular monthly subscription service.
From Thursday, April 6, the popular hybrid tower defence and third-person shooter game, Iron Brigade, will be available on Xbox consoles and Xbox Cloud Gaming, with action-adventure title Ghostwire: Tokyo coming to cloud, console and PC from Wedensday, April 12.
As previously confirmed, Minecraft Legends will be available on day one with Xbox Game Pass, with the upcoming action-strategy game set for release on Tuesday, April 18. The title is set to offer some fresh gameplay experiences, with co-op campaign and PvP multiplayer confirmed, including cross-platform play. Goat Simulator is also available now, making its return to the Game Pass library. If you're the kind of person who enjoys playing as a goat and wreaking havoc, it's a no-brainer.
Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers, who get access to EA Play as part of their service tier, can grab NHL 23 for console from Thursday, April 13. EA has recently added women's players to Ultimate Team, and cross-platform play, so there's plenty to get stuck into if hockey is your thing. And ahead of the release of EA Sports PGA Tour, those subscribed to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate can grab a 10-hour early access trial before the game officially launches on Friday, April 7.

But as ever, Microsoft is also removing some Xbox Game Pass titles this month, including Life is Strange: True Colors, Moonglow Bay, Panzer Corps II, Rainbow Six Extraction, The Dungeon of Naheulbeuk, The Long Dark and The Riftbreaker.
