Naked Attraction's Anna Richardson bravely shares ectopic pregnancy heartbreak
Anna Richardson has bravely opened up on her ectopic pregnancy which she suffered during her time at university, saying she is still "conscious" of it.
The Naked Attraction host, 52, has previously shared details of her difficult experience but will aim to shed more light on the topic in an upcoming show.
The TV presenter is set to show the lasting scar she was left with following the pregnancy on the Channel 4 programme, which aims to normalise all body types.
Anna has admitted the scar has led to body confidence issues over the past 30 years as well as during the menopause as her body changes.
"Now my stomach kind of hangs over the top of that scar and I'm quite conscious of it, but your relationship with yourself and your body is a journey and it changes over time," she told The Sun's TV Mag.

"You can't fit into the clothes that you used to fit into or you see that you're not as young as you used to be, it's a constant challenge."
Anna decided to show her scar on an episode of the show whilst talking to a group of mothers.
According to the NHS, an ectopic pregnancy is when a fertilised egg implants itself outside of the womb, usually in one of the fallopian tubes.
If an egg gets stuck in them, it won't develop into a baby and unfortunately, it's not possible to save the pregnancy.
It usually has to be removed using medicine or an operation. In the UK, around 1 in every 90 pregnancies is ectopic and in many cases it is unclear why a woman has an ectopic pregnancy.
Anna previously opened up about her “hellish” menopause - but says she still dreams of starting a family.
She knows she won't be able to conceive naturally, so has considered other options.
“I wake up every morning and think time is running out. I’m very clear that I want to be in a stable relationship, get married and start a family eventually” she told Closer magazine.
She continued: “I’ve started those baby steps by looking at adoption. I’ve also thought about whether I would want to go down the surrogacy route or if I would want an egg donor and sperm donor.”
