Anthony Joshua undercard features Campbell Hatton and heavyweight clash

Anthony Joshua's comeback fight will be preceded by a host of British talent including Fabio Wardley and Campbell Hatton.

Joshua will take on Jermaine Franklin tonight, four months after the American was narrowly beaten by Dillian Whyte. Joshua fell to defeat in back-to-back outings against Oleksandr Usyk including their sequel in Saudi Arabia last August, but will be hoping to rekindle his ambitions of becoming world champion again.

A win for Joshua could see him set up huge showdowns with the likes of Tyson Fury and Deontay Wilder, but a loss could land a devastating punch to his boxing career having suggested he would be willing to retire if he comes up short again.

Here is a preview of the action before the return of Joshua...

Fabio Wardley v Michael Coffie

Wardley will look to make further progress in his heavyweight career after picking up the British title last time out with an emphatic win over Nathan Gorman. Dillian Whyte's protege will be hoping a win could see him set up some big title defences against the likes of Frazer Clarke or David Adeleye later this year, as he seeks a big move towards world level.

Coffie will be hoping to spring a huge upset against the young talent on foreign soil, having been halted after a bright run at heavyweight himself against seeming nemesis Jonathan Rice in the US. He was also beaten last time out against Gurgen Hovhannisyan which will hand the Briton huge confidence that he can win once again.

Galal Yafai v Moises Calleros

British Olympic gold medalist Yafai will be hoping to put in a much more convincing display this time out on home soil. The talented flyweight was dropped and handed a struggling battle last time out in Abu Dhabi against Gohan Garcia, but he managed to edge a split decision win.

He will be hoping to continue his positive trajectory against Calleros who is a veteran at the weight but has lost around ten times despite having 36 victories to his name.

Ammo Williams v River Wilson-Bent

American talent Williams will be hoping for a big win on British soil to expand his profile and keep his undefeated streak. He would have been hoping to set up a clash with long-term rival Felix Cash who was set to feature on the bill, but withdrew at the last minute after suffering an illness.

The rising star will be keen to put on another commanding display to continue to push his name on the global charts and build experience as he looks to reach world level. Wilson-Bent has fought on similar bills before and will certainly be a live opponent who will have his own ambitions of making a big statement.

Campbell Hatton v Louis Fielding

Hatton will make his eleventh appearance in the boxing ring as he looks to pick up further experience at super-lightweight under the watchful eye of his famous father Ricky. The British talent picked up another positive win over Michel Gonxhe last time out but will be hoping to pick up another big win on the undercard of another Joshua fight at the O2 arena.

Hatton's opponent is a 10-7 fighter who has had experience at domestic level, and the Mancunian star will be hoping for a formidable test to continue to challenge his credentials.

John Hedges v Daniel Bocianski

British star John Hedges will be looking for a huge statement victory on an AJ undercard in his eighth fight as a professional. 'The Gentleman' will face a tough examination against Polish opposition, who will also be known on domestic shores for his challenge against Tommy Fury at Wembley where he was outpointed on the undercard of Tyson Fury v Dillian Whyte last year.

Ziyad Almaayouf v Georgi Velichkov

Saudi Arabian star Almaayouf will be looking to prove his credentials in the ring in another challenge against Velichkov in his first time on UK soil. He was involved in an extremely entertaining fight on the undercard of Jake Paul v Tommy Fury where he recovered from being dropped to win by unanimous decision.

Jordan Flynn v Kane Baker

Rising prodigy Flynn will take to the ring this weekend in his ninth professional fight and his first fight on a Matchroom Boxing bill. He trains at the Matchroom Boxing gym which features the likes of Conor Benn and John Ryder, where he will be hoping he can become the latest of a huge-talent line from the Brentwood stable.

Baker is a familiar fighter to UK fans and will likely bring a rugged and aggressive style to the ring in a bid to unsettle the talent on the big stage.
