It was a Leeds Rhino home match - which is the same team that her ex-husband Richie Myler plays for.
The 39-year-old Countryfile presenter posed with comedian Adam Hills in one photo. She covered the game with The Last Leg presenter.
She looked out of this world in beige overalls with a popped collar. She completed the look with a brown coat and off-white boots.
Helen styled her blond her in loose waves and rocked simple make-up for the occasion.

The photo, which he posted on Instagram - showcased Stephanie's baby bump as the couple are expecting their first child together.
Richie took to the application to post a black-and-white photo of himself and Stephanie. He accompanied the professional photo with a red heart emoji in the caption.

Helen announced she had separated from Richie last year in a statement shared online.
"Very sad to say that Richie and I are no longer a couple," she wrote.
"He has left the family home. We will be doing our best to co-parent our small children."
