A fully-functioning "haunted" house has hit the market – complete with skeletons, coffins and its own funeral home viewing room. The three-bedroom home is available for just $125,000 (£102,867) and comes with almost two acres of land – but it’s the rather bizarre décor choices that have made an impression.

The quirky American property is chock full of creepy amenities, with coffin-shaped doors, a funeral viewing room, countless skeletons and skulls, and even a creepy derelict school bus. The garden is home to another coffin and what appears to be a makeshift graveyard, as well as a rather ominous "sawz" storage box.

Back inside, mannequin surgeons occupy one room as they appear to operate on a corpse.

Meanwhile a lounge is home to several ghoulish characters, as well as skeletons hanging from the ceiling.

A fake fireplace in the lounge is actually a secret door leading to the kitchen, which is of course decorated with a few skulls for good measure.

The lucky buyer can also purchase most of the props, if they wish to keep the current theme.

The property, which was used as an established haunted house, has gone viral on Facebook with 14,000 likes after the listing pictures were shared.

One user said: "I mean, I enjoy Halloween and all, but I’ve never been a ‘let’s permanently hang skeletons from the ceiling’ type of guy. Call me old fashioned."

"Surely no one actually lived here and it was used as a Haunted House," another user commented.

A third user said: "Even if everything is cleared out of that house, the bad vibes there have seeped into the ... bones ... of the house. No amount of cleansing would make this place feel right. Probably haunted AF. Noooooo thank you, hard pass." [sic]

"Will the seller offer an allowance for an exorcism?" joked another user.

One more user said: "As much as I love horror stuff- if I walked into this house I would walk straight back out. There is 10000% bodies buried in this yard."

"When’s the public viewing or is it closed casket only?" another user joked.

A final user quipped: "Do you have to pay extra for the exorcism? Hoping it’s included in the closing costs."

The property is on the market with Tina Irias of Realty Group KW Synergy for $125,000.
