A cast member of Amazon’s hit show Daisy Jones & The Six has teased that the band are planning to go on a real life tour.

Sebastian Chacon plays drummer Warren Rojas in the smash TV series which follows the rise and sudden split of the titular fictional band.

The series is based on the book by Taylor Jenkins Reid which was inspired by the life and career of Fleetwood Mac - and co-stars Elvis Presley’s granddaughter Riley Keough and British actor Sam Claflin as leading stars Daisy Jones and Billy Dunne respectively.

American actor Sebastian, 29, has hinted that the on-screen band have discussed picking up their instruments and hitting the road for real as the series continues to be a global success on the streaming platform.

Asked about the prospect of a real tour, Sebastian told PEOPLE: "that's something that we have been having conversations about.”

He also explained that the cast ended up becoming reasonably accomplished as they had so much time to rehearse for the show - with Sebastian himself cast back in 2020.

When production was paused due to the Covid-19 pandemic, he ended up perfecting his drumming skills thanks to all the extra time - and is now confident he could play for real in front of live audiences.

He said: “I know that any of these songs, as soon as they come up, I can sit down and play them immediately.

"I've played them hundreds and hundreds of times, maybe thousands of times. So I know for me personally, I don't speak for everyone, necessarily, but I know that for myself, I could play these songs right now."

Discussing his co-stars - who also include British acting talent Josh Whitehouse and Suki Waterhouse - Sebastian admitted they've "been throwing around a lot of different ideas for public appearances, maybe, for some moment."

He added: "A tour is not out of the question… Who knows? I don't know what the future holds."

His comments support remarks from a source that told the Mirror earlier this month that a tour could well happen.

The source told us: “The show’s had an incredible response – there’s a real buzz around it. Everyone is expecting the series to explode.

“After plans for the Aurora album were put in place, it seemed the natural next step to explore having the cast perform the songs live.

"It’s all been shrouded in mystery up to this point, but there’ll be an exciting announcement very soon.”

Meanwhile, Aurora - the album released by Daisy Jones & The Six both in the show and in real life - is currently climbing the UK album charts and close to breaking into the Top 40.

Daisy Jones & The Six streams on Amazon Prime with new episodes streaming on Fridays.
