There were also complaints about the amount of dog dirt on the beach. A reviewer said: "Such a disappointment. Beach and surrounding area ruined by dogs and their owners.

"Dog pooping on the beach. Great, you clean it up however, kids are playing on the same beach, sitting in the sand and digging with their hands!

"Disgusting and unpleasant to watch while you are sitting eating ice cream. The area surrounding the beach is generally used as a dog toilet.
