Reality TV star 'beyond devastated' after stepson dies aged just 22
Real Housewives of Orange County star Gretchen Rossi has revealed the heartbreaking news that her stepson Grayson has died aged 22.
The reality star, 44, made the announcement on her Instagram page, saying the family is "beyond devastated" with their loss. Grayson had been battling brain cancer for a number of years and passed away on Sunday.
Alongside a lengthy statement, Gretchen shared a number of images, including some of Grayson with her partner and his dad Slade Smiley, 49.
The duo were seen smiling with each other in many of the uploads, while other pictures showed Gretchen alongside the pair.
She began her heartfelt statement: "Our rational minds told us this day might come, but our hearts always held onto the hope that this day would not come to fruition.

She called him an 'Angel on this earth' before saying he was an "incredible warrior".
Gretchen continued: "He fought everyday through his pain and discomfort to find joy in the smallest of things. He was always singing & dancing & laughing despite his circumstances. He was a true beacon of light and hope.
"Although his life was cut short on earth he made an incredible impact on so many people. The Lord knew his life had purpose and would touch many along the way."
She added it wasn't a goodbye, but simply a "see you soon little man" before saying he will always be in the hearts of her, Slade and his sister Skylar Gray.
Slade shared Grayson with his ex-wife Michelle Arroyo. He has been with Gretchen for 13 years and shares daughter Skylar Gray, 3, with the reality TV star.
The pair chose their little girl's middle name in honour of her stepbrother.
Grayson's mum Michelle also shared the heartbreaking news of her son's death on her social media page.
She revealed he had been doing better following a number of infections and fevers, but said "his heart stopped here at home".
She wrote she had performed chest compressions to get it going until the paramedics arrived and took over and said he looked good and was breathing on his own as he left.
