Plane passenger claims flight attendant told his wife she has a 'stupid face'
An airline passenger claims a Delta flight attendant told his wife she has a "stupid face" following a disagreement about using an overhead storage bin. Thomas Todd booked a ticket to travel from Orlando to New York with his wife, Jen, - but says they were kicked off the plane before it took off for LaGuardia Airport.
He has taken to Twitter to complain about an incident onboard, claiming: "This out of control flight attendant verbally assaulted, threaten us, and had us wrongly removed from our flight back in November. Delta asked us to remove all posts so they could take care of us. It's been almost two months since Kenneth Jabonski has responded to us."
The confrontation began when the couple allegedly tried to place their carry-ons into a first-class overhead storage bin because the ones in their section of the plane had been filled.
He claims the airline worker told his wife she has a "stupid face" before he started to record the incident.
In his video, which has been shared on Twitter, he is heard saying: "I have you on video saying my wife has a stupid face."

It is at this point when another flight attendant comes into shot to take her place when carrying out the safety procedure, prompting her to move away from the couple.
Speaking to View From the Wing about the incident, Todd said: "She looks at Jen and says, ‘Don’t look at me with that stupid face.’
"Jen looks at her and ask her what she just said and then the lady says that she is from the Bronx and you don’t want this.
"The only thing Jen was doing is smiling.[She] informed us we would be kicked off the plane and that I was not allowed to video her."
The couple were quickly removed from the flight due to the flight attendant feeling "unsafe" - but were soon rebooked and upgraded to first class on another one, according to View From the Wing.
Thomas says Delta asked him to take down his Tweet so they could resolve the issue - but after months of waiting, he has reshared it online.
He added: "Mr Kenneth Jabonski even compared are ordeal to finding a hair in your salad. We did everything they ask and all we got in return is we appreciate your patience and them dragging their feet. Delta - it's time to do the right thing!"
A Delta spokesperson said: "We apologise for the delay in travel for all customers on flight 1260 from Orlando to LaGuardia on Nov. 7, 2022, after the flight crew made the decision to deplane some customers shortly after departure.
"Those customers were rebooked on another Delta flight and we've been in contact with this party to offer further apologies and compensation."

One user said: "Amazing how Delta deals with their customers."
Another user added: "Sadly this is starting to become the new 'norm' for flight attendants even with Delta. I have had and seen some very aggressive flight attendants out of Philadelphia, New York and Los Angeles."
A third user said: "I bet you anything that there’s more to the story, leading up to their boarding, complaining about no overhead bins, etc.
"I bet you they knew what they were doing and they filmed it at the precise moment that they knew they would get a response out of the flight attendant."
One more user added: "The flight attendant is in the right. Good for her. You sir were entirely out of line."
