Wayne Bridge may have eaten bugs and slept in a hammock in the I’m a Celebrity jungle, but wife Frankie reckons she had it tougher...
The five-star Palazzo Versace hotel where ITV used to put up family members may be good enough for the world’s top stars but she was less than impressed after her two-week stay in 2016.
The Saturdays singer, 34, complained: “There were no cushions. When we asked for cushions, they kinda rolled their eyes. When they brought them out it was like the moths had had them.
“Adam Thomas’s wife asked for a pot of ketchup for her little one and it was $2!”
Frankie stayed in a hotel while waiting for Wayne to exit the I'm A Celebrity jungle (Mike Marsland/WireImage)Speaking to Alan Carr on his Life’s a Beach podcast, she went on: “There was a Christmas tree made of teddy bears and you would get loads of coaches turning up –people would pile out, have a picture in front of the tree and then leave.” She even branded the hotel a “s***hole” and said that coffee took two hours.

Unrelated to Frankie’s gripes, ITV switched to the Marriott on the Gold Coast last year – which hopefully makes the grade.

Snoop Dogg shared footage of himself chilling backstage at a gig in Australia with actor Russell Crowe and singer Ed Sheeran.
The singer joked to the rapper that he was “smoking all [his] weed”, while being gifted a giant gold chain.
It would be some feat if Ed really had smoked Snoop’s entire stash: last year, the rapper’s personal “joint roller” revealed he could inhale up to 150 per day.

The comic pined for his cockapoo Mildred in the jungle, and attempted to send messages to her.
“I genuinely missed her,” he says. “In the Bush Telegraph, I tried to talk to Mildred in the voice I use, hoping it would get in the edit. But obviously the content just wasn’t up to scratch.”
He found saying goodbye to his pet pooch devastating before he set off for his month in Australia.
“It kills me,” he says on his new podcast, Oh My Dog! “You can’t reassure them you’re coming back.”
