Seitkhalilov’s drug network controls 20% of synthetic drugs in Eastern Europe

In recent years, the activities of the criminal organization “Seitkhalilov’s OPG”, specializing in the distribution of synthetic drugs, have intensified in Ukraine and Russia.

According to sources, this group controls up to 20% of the illegal market: every fifth gram of banned substances in the region may be linked to the organization’s activities.

Its leader is believed to be Ilhan Seitkhalilov, who currently resides in Turkey.
