Five tips to find the best Amazon deals as Spring Deal Days sale starts soonLast year it was Rylan Clark who surprised shoppers with the spring Amazon sale (Amazon)

And that's just the start. It can be overwhelming to find the best of the price drops so we've rounded-up five of our top Amazon shopping tips. Here's exactly what you need to do and the crucial pages to save to find a deal in the upcoming Spring Deal Days sale.

WOW Deals

  • Sign up to Amazon Prime in 30-day FREE trial to get access to WOW deals page

Any Prime member will be able to see a list of the days best performing deals in Amazon's 'WOW Deals' section. During big sale events like the upcoming Spring Deal Days this is where the biggest price drops will appear throughout the day.

You may want to head straight here on the first day of the sale because the items sell-out rapidly. During last year's 2023 Spring sale the discounts here only appeared for two hours with brands like Urban Decay and Google smartphones appearing.

As this is our first tip of the day we'd suggest eager shoppers to sign up and create an Amazon account too, not only does this give you access to exclusive parts of the event but you'll be able to set up tracking and wishlist saving included in the tips below.

You can set-up tracking on Lightning deals

This is the easiest way to preview, track and find limited time offers, the once in huge demand (hello, Ninja and Dyson) that usually sell out before you get the chance to buy.

The lightning deals section is where shoppers can find the 'best deals' of the day, during huge sale events, clicking into this section of the website and filtering the search by 'saving' will get shoppers the best prices.

Sign-up for deal alerts

  • Create an Amazon account to activate this feature

Shoppers can subscribe receive live notifications when a product or brand falls into the sale, even if you've only recently viewed it. And you can sign up to do this from today.

All you have to do is head over to the Amazon Spring Deal Days event page between now and march 25 (the end of the sale) to create a deal alert. As soon as any new product goes into the sale you'll receive a message.

Add your favourites to a wishlist

Now, this is one to do if you want to streamline the deal notifications, receiving a message for every product that drops in price can get overwhelming with deal alerts especially during annual events like the spring sale. Favouriting items in your wishlist however, like your favourite foundation, perfume, or pair of headphones, will let you know as soon as it's a product you like that's reduced in price.

Browse the Top 100 deals

During each major sale event Amazon puts together a list compiling the top 100 deals of the day (pretty self-explanatory) but it allows eager shoppers to browse for inspiration. It features popular items and products which shoppers have bought the most.

This is mostly helpful for the staple household items that's easy to forget you need, like batteries, Mrs Hinch inspired cleaning products and food cupboard items. You never know what you may find.
