Celebrity Big Brother star Louis Walsh looked less than impressed as the crowd booed and chanted during the live eviction.

On Tuesday night, things got tense as the live eviction loomed over the Big Brother house. Towards the end of the episode, hosts AJ Odudu and Will Best hyped up the crowd as they revealed the three stars up for eviction - presenter Fern Britton, TV personality Lauren Simon and X Factor judge Louis.

The camera panned across the three stars' faces, starting with Fern and Lauren who seemed nervous but happy as they smiled at the camera. However, as AJ yelled out Louis' name and the camera panned towards him, a large percentage of the crowd started booing and chanting: "Get Louis out!"

Louis seemed displeased by the booing, and by being up for eviction, as he kept a straight face and tried his best not to react to the tense moment. Luckily for Louis, the Real Housewives of Cheshire star Lauren was the celebrity chosen to be evicted after a dramatic few days.

It comes after Louis slammed Jedward in a chat with Colson Smith earlier in the episode. The 71-year-old music manager was a judge on The X Factor in 2009 when Irish twins John and Edward Grimes, 32, were contestants. As part of the groups, Louis was in charge of Jedward and championed them to win the series - however, they bombed out in the sixth week while Joe McElderry, 32, went on to win the show.

He managed the duo until 2013 before they went their separate ways. Coronation Street star Colson asked Louis about his time on The X Factor. He said: "What were Jedward like?” and much to the shock of fans, Louis got straight to the point and said: “They were vile.” Colson gasped and then said: “But they’ve done well.”

Louis didn't stop there as he went on to make the shocking revelation that he managed to make millions out of managing the brothers - but that didn’t sweeten his opinion of them. He said: “I got five million quid for them. I swear on my mother’s life.” Colson then added: “F**king hell. I wish I had a Jedward.”

But Louis only doubled down. He said: “And they were vile. They were a novelty. But great for the show.” Jedward quickly caught wind of the comment and took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to slam their former manager and brand him a "cold-hearted b*****d."

"Louis Walsh is a cold-hearted b*****d who didn’t even send us flowers when our mom died," they posted to their 641,000 followers.

Celebrity Big Brother continues every night at 9pm on ITV1 and ITVX except for Saturdays.
