John Lewis flatpack range has clever feature so it's '10 times faster to build'

John Lewis have launched a brand new line of stylish DIY furniture that promises to make building flatpacks way less stressful and time consuming. The EasyKlix range says goodbye to complicated instructions, fiddly screws and endless twisting of Allen keys, as it can be put together with only a few clicks.

The 19-piece collection includes everything from wardrobes to coffee tables and bedside drawers, and the brand claim it 'can be built up to 10 times faster than models with traditional self-assembly fittings'. Featuring an innovative system based on Threespine click furniture technology, the pieces can also be disassembled and re-built multiple times - ideal if you are moving house or switching up interiors.

Prices start from £139 for the Harllson One Drawer Bedside Table in white and oak or green and oak, and up to £529 for the Sherbrooke Two Door Wardrobe in oak. You can choose from two stylish designs depending on your taste - Sherbrooke, which has a minimalistic wooden look and Harllson with pops of sage green and white.

Compared to other flatpack furniture brands such as this £99 One Drawer Bedside Table from Dunelm, prices are a little steeper at John Lewis, however the entire EasyKlix range is made from solid wood and they are designed to last, as well as travelling easily from house to house with you.

Sold exclusively at John Lewis, there are yet to be any reviews of this range, however Nicola Waller, Head of Home Furnishings at John Lewis told Ideal Home: "I am so excited to introduce such an innovative collection to our customers. The range of wardrobes, sideboards and coffee tables are perfect for renters who may want to move furniture as they pack down easily and quickly."
