M&S shoppers grab 'great quality' £39 trousers in every colour ahead of spring
If there’s one thing M&S does well it’s basics, and shoppers are snapping up these £39 ‘great quality’ trousers in every colour.
The Lyocell Blend Pleated Wide Leg Trousers are perfect for those who aren’t a fan of jeans, but are looking for something slightly dressier than leggings - and they come in five subtle spring colours and three lengths to suit every body type.

One delighted shopper who snapped up a pair said: “I love these trousers - they’re a bit heavier in weight than expected but this makes them hang beautifully and are so flattering as well as comfortable. I feel so stylish in them and I’ve bought the buff colour and pale blue.”
A second added: “Absolutely love these trousers! They fit really well and super soft and comfortable. I’m 5”11 and the long length is perfect for me.”
While a third wrote: “I adore these trousers. They are super comfortable and the fabric hangs really nicely. True to size, and not too tight around the crotch seam (something I struggle with especially with M&S jeans). Easy to style as well, they are so versatile.”
Many customers commented on the versatility of the trousers, and loved how easily they could be dressed up or down with a t-shirt, denim jacket and trainers for the daytime, or a bodysuit, heels and accessories for a chic nighttime look.
Not everyone was a fan of the trousers though, as some found the waistband a little too tight, and the wide leg trousers too baggy. One disappointed shopper wrote: “Beautiful soft trousers which had nice weight so fell nicely. Sadly the waistband was too tight and wide leg not suited to me.”
