Hermès is one of the most exclusive fashion brands in the world known for their luxurious French designs, including designer handbags and heels. But might just be giving them a run for their money with their latest launch.

The high street chain’s bear a striking resemblance to the iconic , but come in more than £600 cheaper than the designer rival.

Both styles feature a slip-on design and a mid-height block heel, but while the Hermès version is crafted from calfskin with the brand's signature ‘H’ cut-out, - though the main design seems rather inspired by the high end alternative.

Coming in at £29.50, the than Hermès’, and are available in black, dark tan, ivory, and for those still loving that pop of colour trend, a vibrant but luxe-looking red.

Despite the stark contrast in price, the M&S sandals hold their own when it comes to style, with their block heel giving them a more elevated look that makes them perfect for dressing up or down this summer.

The understated mules are said to be ‘an elegant choice for just about any occasion’, They really will go with practically anything in your wardrobe, perfect with jeans and a white shirt for a casual day look, or with a flowing summer dress on holiday. Plus, they’re a third of the price of this , save for the thinner heel.
