Katie Price rinsed over 9-year-old daughter’s ‘disturbing’ World Book Day outfit
Katie Price has faced intense backlash over her nine-year-old daughter Bunny’s .
The annual event sees kids up and down the country dress up in book-themed costumes in a celebration of fiction but 45-year-old Katie’s daughter’s outfit has raised eyebrows. The mum-of-five posted a photo of Bunny’s fancy dress look on Instagram on Thursday, revealing that the daughter she shares with ex Kieran Hayler was dressed as Katie herself - but fans quickly called the move “disturbing”.
Wearing a kangaroo-stamped cork hat, red t-shirt and camo trousers, Bunny - who pouted for the camera - was dressed up as Katie during her 2004 I’m A Celeb stint. What’s more, Katie insisted the costume made sense, penning in the caption: “Well you can’t deny her mum has written 54 books so can’t deny I’m a successful author hence Bunny dressing up as me in the jungle for national book day.”

Katie was on I'm A Celebrity in 2004 (ITV)It didn’t take long for angry comments to pile up beneath the former glamour model’s social media post, with some accusing Katie of using a filter on Bunny’s face. “Why have you completely changed your child’s face with an app? Disturbing,” one person furiously questioned. Another echoed: “Oh why would you use a filter on a stunning baby?” while someone else chimed in, “Why have you face-apped her Katie?”
Someone else wrote beneath the photos of Bunny: “Successful author... Well she certainly has a sense of humour.” However, not all of Katie’s followers were as disgruntled about Bunny’s costume, with one person sweetly noting: “Aww her mumma is her hero.”

Katie also shares son Jett, ten, with Kieran and is also a doting mum to three other kids. She shares her eldest son, 21-year-old Harvey, with Dwight Yorke and Princess, 16, and Junior, 18, with ex-husband Peter Andre.
It’s been a big few weeks for Katie, who last month went public with her and Married at First Sight star JJ Slater’s romance. The lovebirds have already gone Instagram official and she’s publicly gushed over JJ, calling him a "real gentleman" who "ticks every box".
They even recently made their red carpet debut with each other and openly discussed their romance, with the mum-of-five reportedly refusing to let her exes scupper her plans to marry for a fourth time. Last year Katie called it quits with star Carl Woods after a rocky relationship.
