NFL superstar Travis Kelce has spoken about his "amazing" trip to Australia with girlfriend Taylor Swift, and reminisced about the warm welcome he received and the sightseeing activities in Sydney.

Kansas City Chiefs' tight end, Travis isn't just using the off-season to rest, he has been busy taking advantage of the time away from the field after a glorious Super Bowl win last month in Las Vegas. His third ring from the match against San Francisco 49ers added sparkle to his eventful break.

Between wild nights on the Las Vegas strip with friend Patrick Mahomes and catching a basketball game back home in Cleveland with his brother Jason Kelce, Travis managed to squeeze in a trip Down Under. Joining girlfriend Taylor Swift on her Australian leg of the tour, he spent two thrill-filled days in Sydney, where he happily reconvened with the singer.

Travis gave fans an insight into his fun-packed vacation, revealing that he visited a zoo with Taylor and attended a concert from her "Eras Tour". While appearing on the "New Heights" podcast with his brother, he reminisced about the exciting two-day adventure, truly encapsulating the glitz and glam of life in the spotlight.

"Trav, what the hell is your life right now? " Jason Kelce asked, and his brother answered: "I have no idea, a lot of false media being tossed out there. But I'll tell you what wasn't false was when I landed in Australia, seeing all the cameras," and then Jason said: "Hey, you're like the Beatles."

"It was cool to see the layout of the land out there, let alone going to the zoo, seeing all the exotic animals - it was fun man," Travis added. He was then asked about the intense media attention, with his brother wondering: "Were there just drones above your head?"

"There were full on helicopters just flying around," Travis said, and he also spoke warmly about his girlfriend. "This is all because Taylor is the biggest and best thing possible. Tell you what, though, the kangeroos were pretty sweet - we got to see a red panda up close and personal."

The Kansas City favourite will surely remember this trip for a long time as he praised the country after an unforgettable few days. Later, he talked about how "Swifties" welcomed him at the concert he went to in Sydney.

Travis shared his excitement about his trip, saying: "Australia did not disappoint, it was amazing over there. I only went to Sydney, got a lot of friends that I met over in Melbourne," and added, "I definitely want to get out there and see what you guys have to offer but Sydney, I tell you, is a beautiful city, the layout way very similar to Miami."

He was surprised by the lively Australian fans, noting: "I'm pretty sure the crowds over there are - they're already rowdy. The Australians are pretty rowdy. They like to have a good time. I like to have a good time. They were just like a little bit louder than the Argentinian crowd. And I was not expecting that because Argentina was so f****** loud."

He also expressed his love for the audience's enthusiasm: "And they were, they were into it. And so was Sydney. Taylor is very fond of performing in Australia because of the crowds over there and how into it they get. Shout out to Australia for showing up, showing out."
