I’m a fashion writer and predict M&S’s latest summer bag will be a sell out

I’m calling it. This - and fast. And if you want my opinion? I’d and be smug about it later when every social media influencer and their dog are trying to hunt it down on Vinted.

I’ve been writing about fashion for seven years, and during that time have developed a knack for knowing exactly which pieces from a retailer’s new-in collection will go viral, sell out, or end up better than half price in the sale months later.

But I’m particularly talented at spotting Marks and Spencer gems. Last year, it was that striped crochet maxi dress (and ) but this year, I have already predicted a number of sell-out pieces from the high street favourite, including the as well as I was right on both occasions, and neither have come back into stock as of yet.

Now, I’ve come across a that’s perfect for summer - but you won’t want to wait until the warmer weather to buy it.

The retailer’s is a gorgeous grab bag in a woven design akin to the likes of Bottega Veneta. In its vibrant reddish pink hue, it’s the perfect splash of colour against neutral looks like linen trousers and shirts, with the pop of red trend firmly here to stay, or for pairing with colourful skirts, summer dresses and more.

It's unlike anything else I’ve seen on the high street of late, with most taking a similar shape to this , meaning it really is quite unique in its look.
