Al Pacino's girlfriend details terrifying life-threatening issue while pregnant
Noor Alfallah detailed a terrifying life-threatening ordeal while she was pregnant with her and Al Pacino's son Roman.
The couple welcomed their baby in June last year after Alfallah was diagnosed with HELLP Syndrome, a rare live and blood clotting condition. The worrying diagnosis could have caused seizures, leaving her forced to take preventative magnesium.
She says the scary medical issue left her with regrets during her pregnancy, getting candid about the condition in a tell-all interview with Vogue Arabia magazine. "When I look back on it now, I wish I could have enjoyed my pregnancy more," Noor explained.

Speaking of the couple's son, she told the outlet: "Roman has just been the greatest gift from God, a thousand times better than what I ever thought he would be.

"Every day I look at him, I just know I’m so blessed. When he's sleeping, it's my time. I can read that script or watch that TV show, or just be me. When he's awake, I want to be there; I want to be present," she recalled before discussing Pacino.
Detailing the time they first met at a diner, she said: "I thought it was cool. I thought, wow, that's Al Pacino. I went to film school, so I wasn't dumb about who he was. He's a very talented and unique person." Alfallah explained to the magazine, "But I had no intention of thinking like, oh, he is going to be my son's father one day."

Last October, Al Pacino and Noor Alfallah dismissed split rumours as they headed out for a date night in Los Angeles. They went out for dinner at Pace Italian restaurant, days after she was enjoying a playful date with Prince Alexander von Fürstenberg.
Noor had reportedly filed for sole custody of their son. The producer had filed a petition in L.A. Superior Court and along with reasonable visitation, she had also requested that the award-winning actor have "joint legal custody" as well.
A spokesperson for the Scarface star shut down reports of their break-up with a statement, as they told DailyMail.com that the couple have "mutually reached an agreement regarding their son" and were still together.
"Al and Noor have successfully worked together and have mutually reached agreements regarding their child Roman. They are together. They haven't split," they added.
