We’ve all wanted to be able to click our fingers and have our fine lines and wrinkles blur and leave us looking a decade younger once more. And while many lotions and potions take weeks to see any results, age-conscious shoppers have been heaping praise on a

The is so popular after racking up millions of views on TikTok, that it’s regularly out of stock. But Cult Beauty has urged shoppers to ‘move quick’ after they restocked the 30ml ‘miracle in a bottle’ tube this week.

The beauty retailer said: “We almost didn’t believe our eyes when we saw the ‘Before’ and ‘After’ shots for . The fast-acting formula provides near-instant temporary results with long-term benefits. Back by popular demand, move quick to get this beauty hero before it sells out again.”

We almost didn’t believe them either, until seeing a clip from where she showed off how the product works in real-time without any fancy filters or effects. The content creator’s video racked up more than 11 million views as she explained how using the temporary tightening gel helped her ‘take her confidence back’.

Unlike traditional eye creams, this tightening treatment helps to temporarily firm and smooth the look of the delicate eye area, minimising the appearance of crow’s feet, fine lines and puffiness with the help of three skin-tightening silicates and a powerful peptide complex called Eyeliss.

The product has racked up a 3.97 star rating from shoppers who say it - but there’s one review that may have just convinced our whole team to add it to their shopping basket.

“Don't stop to read this review, just ” is what Ren, a Cult Beauty shopper, wrote in her five-star review. “I have sadly inherited not just eye bags, or eye luggage, but a whole airport carousel of under-eye bags. They make my under-eyes look 70 instead of 40 and have *always* been a source of embarrassment.”

She went on to say she ‘spent so much money on lotions and potions’ with no visible change, and even considered under-eye filler before she stumbled upon a social media video of the Peter Thomas Roth product.

“I honestly wouldn't have believed it, had it not been in real-time,” she added. “So I purchased it ASAP. Let me tell you, the whole suburb heard me whoop for joy - it's THAT GOOD. I use it every single day and I love it. For those who are commenting that it tingles and tightens, yup, it's the active ingredients visibly tightening your skin. I have very sensitive skin, so I occasionally feel a tingle during application, but it's to be expected on skin so close to the eye - you just need to be super careful to avoid your waterline.”

The main cause for complaints with this treatment is a white residue that can be left on the skin if you apply too much. Ren added: “For those people who are commenting about a white cast: you're using too much! I use a drop the size of a pin-head and tap it on the whole under-eye area, like you would with a beauty blender, and 'blend' it out towards the edge of my socket, often switching fingers so it thins out as you come away from the most problematic areas and onto the side of the nose, cheek, cheekbone and temple. If I get a cast, it's usually right along the edge, where I don't actually need a lift and so I gently massage in some oil, moisturiser or even pawpaw lip balm to remove the white cast.

“Furthermore, you can use the gel mixed with a silicone-based foundation or concealer. Anything with water or oil will undo or prevent the effects. I've also used it to tighten the skin above my eyelid and under my eyebrow, which almost looked like I got an upper bleph [eyelid surgery]! Amazing stuff.”

But she’s not the only one obsessed with it, with another shopper commenting on the immediacy of the results, writing: “I decided to try and you can instantly see the results. It smooths the skin and any eye bags just disappear. A small amount leaves no white residue, but even if so, it can be smudged with a bit of water. Would recommend.”

A third added: “Magic in a bottle Literally like magic!”

Some have complained about the white residue that can be left on occasion, with one penning: “I like the product but sometimes it works better than others, and sometimes it leaves a dry white substance under the eyes after applying.”

But another wrote: “The trick with this product is to not use too much. A tiny amount patted into the eye area, you can feel it working and it dries quickly. Make up then goes over. I just use it on special occasions, my eye bags completely disappear!! “

And we can totally believe it, too, because while our Mirror beauty team hasn’t tried out the Peter Thomas Roth product, we have trialled a similar product from a brand called Plump It. Their works in three minutes and leaves users The only downside is that these come in vials and you don’t necessarily need a full one to cover the required area, so it can sometimes get wasted.

The Peter Thomas Roth Firmx comes in a resealable tube so you can dispense the perfect amount every time with no waste. If you fancy giving it a go for yourself, you can
